Can your Liquid Gold Hair oil be used on children's hair?Absolutely! Because we only use 100% organic cold-pressed oils for our hair oil mixtures, it is safe for all hair types and all age groups.

What are your Hours of Operation?Jorké's Hours of Operation are as follows: Monday-Friday: 10 am-5 pm Saturday & Sunday: Closed If you send us a message through our "Contact Us" page during the weekend, we'll respond by Monday or Tuesday. During the weekdays (Mon-Friday), we'll respond within 48 hours.

Does your Hair Oil mixture contain any nut oils? I'm allergic.No. We understand there are many individuals with nut allergies, so we've purposely avoided nut oils in our formulas. For example: Almond oil or Sweet Almond oil. However, if you'd like a nut oil added to your orders formula, contact us through our "Contact Us" page and we'll be glad to personalize your order, at an added charge.

Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.

How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
